LaunchDeamon file does not work

I’ve a .plist file within the LaunchDeamons listing. It is alleged to run a .sh file (runs by itself) which creates a backup of a listing onto an exterior drive. I’ve tried placing this plist file into LaunchAgents and it nonetheless will not work.
