macos – Disable/reset display screen time passcode (account with out AppleID)

I’ve acquired a Macbook Professional operating MacOS 12.7.4 Monterey with two native accounts: person and admin, each with out an AppleID.

The person account has a display screen time passcode set that I forgot.
The official directions say

4. Click on Change Passcode, then click on Forgot Passcode.
5. Enter the Apple ID and password you used to arrange the Display Time passcode. Forgotten your Apple ID password?

The window doesn’t have a “forgot passcode” button, and I believe it’s because the account doesn’t have an Apple ID.

Is there a option to reset the person’s display screen time passcode from the administrator account?
